Indoor natural gas installation in Antalya
Indoor gas installation is the design and fitting of the pipework running from the meter outlet to appliances such as the boiler, cooker and water heater. Devka Doğalgaz carries out this work in Antalya with a certified team, based on an approved project.
Every installation starts with a free survey. We inspect the layout of your flat, appliance positions, the flue situation and the existing riser line. We then draw the indoor pipework project to the TS 7363 standard and the technical rules of the distribution company, and follow the approval process on your behalf.
Once approval is granted, installation begins. Pipes are laid at the diameter and route defined in the project, and welded joints are made by certified welders. Wall penetrations, ventilation openings and the meter connection are all executed in line with regulations.
When the work is finished, the system is pressure tested for tightness. The test result, the materials used, the pressure class and the details of the installing technician are recorded in a technical report. After approval we book the gas commissioning inspection and attend on the day.
What natural gas installation work do we do in Antalya?
Most natural gas installation jobs in Antalya fall into four groups: complete indoor pipework for flats switching to gas for the first time, alterations such as moving an appliance or extending a line in an existing system, cooker, boiler and water heater connections for businesses, and pipework for detached homes connected to a service line running through the garden. In every case the work is based on a project approved by the distribution company; an addition or relocation done without a project is not accepted at commissioning.
The alteration we see most often is a cooker or boiler moving during a kitchen renovation. In that case the existing project is updated, the new route is approved again and the changed section is tightness tested. Even a small relocation follows the same rules, and knowing this early makes it easier to schedule the kitchen fitter and the gas team in the right order.
Factors that affect the cost of a gas installation
There is no single fixed price for a natural gas installation, because every flat has a different layout, number of appliances and distance to the riser. The main items that shape the quotation are:
- Pipe length from the meter to the appliances and the complexity of the route
- Number and capacity of appliances to connect (boiler, cooker, water heater, central boiler)
- Type of pipe and fittings used
- Number of wall, floor and beam penetrations
- Flue situation: room-sealed outlet or connection to an existing flue
- Whether the building already has a gas riser
- Project drawing, approval follow-up and the technical report

What to expect at home during the work
Indoor pipework in a single flat takes 1–2 days on most jobs. During that time walls are drilled and pipes are fixed; our team covers the work area to keep dust to a minimum and tidies up at the end of each day. If furniture needs to be moved away from the pipe route, we plan it together during the survey.
Gas is not turned on as soon as the pipework is finished: the tightness test comes first, then the technical report, then the inspection appointment with the distribution company. When the work is done you receive the indoor installation project approved by the distribution company, the technical report with the tightness test result and the installer and engineer details, and the warranty documents of any appliances fitted.
