Gas risers and building installations
The riser is the main gas line running from the building meter bank up to each flat. Devka Doğalgaz works with apartment and estate management in Antalya to design and install building-wide gas systems.
The first step in a building project is calculating the riser diameter from the number of flats and appliance capacities. Meter room position, ventilation openings, the riser route and expansion joint crossings are all clearly shown in the project and approved by the distribution company.
During installation, external pipework is protected against corrosion, clamp spacing follows the regulations and welded joints are made by certified personnel. We plan the works so that daily life in the building is disrupted as little as possible.
When the riser is complete, a combined tightness test is carried out and a single technical report is issued for the building. Management deals with one point of contact, and residents who want indoor pipework receive a separate quotation.
