Plumbing services
Plumbing covers the installation, renewal and repair of fresh water, hot water and waste water lines. Devka Doğalgaz carries out plumbing work alongside heating installations with the same team.
In new builds and renovations we install fresh water lines on a manifold system, feeding every outlet from its own circuit. A fault at one point then does not affect the rest of the property and pressure stays balanced. On waste lines, correct falls and venting prevent odour and blockage problems from the start.
For bathroom and kitchen renovations we plan pipework, tiling and fitting as a sequenced programme. Where a hidden leak is suspected we locate it with pressure and moisture measurement and repair it without unnecessary demolition.
We also install toilets, basins, shower systems, taps and water heaters, and we check every connection for watertightness together with you once the work is finished.

We visit your address, inspect the flat and the riser line, and give you a clear written quotation.

Project and approval
We draw the indoor pipework project to TS 7363 and get it approved by the distribution company.

Pipework and testing
We install to the approved project, run the pressure tightness test and prepare the technical report.

Gas commissioning
We book the inspection appointment with the distribution company and attend on the day gas is opened.
