Vaillant aroTHERM pure split heat pump

aroTHERM pure is an R32 split heat pump in which the outdoor and indoor units work separately. It suits families of four who want heating and hot water solved by a single system.

The cylinder version of the indoor unit stores up to 250 litres of domestic water at 40 °C, so no separate cylinder is needed. The indoor unit goes into a plant room or utility space while the outdoor unit carries only the compressor and fan.

The split layout keeps the outdoor unit lighter and easier to lift to upper floors. Because a refrigerant line is run, the installation must be done by a certified team; we handle the commissioning and the refrigerant charge.

An air source monobloc heat pump range: no refrigerant pipework is run indoors, which keeps installation simple. It uses R290 natural refrigerant with a GWP of 3. Flow temperatures of up to 75 °C mean it can also work with existing radiator systems.

A compact single fan monobloc heat pump. FSF technology reduces the clearance required around the unit, so it fits narrow gardens and terraces. It keeps A+++ efficiency even at a 55 °C system flow temperature and reaches up to 70 °C for radiator systems.
Vaillant aroTHERM Split intro heat pump
- 8–16 kW
The entry level split heat pump range, with four outputs: 8, 10, 12 and 16 kW. A model with a built-in back-up heater avoids capacity shortfalls on the coldest days. Units can be cascaded for larger systems.
